Add GPS Location to Your Photos
Geotag photos by stamping latitude and longitude into their EXIF data.
Some photos arrive with no location — scans, screenshots, downloads, or shots taken with GPS switched off. If you know where a photo was taken, you can add the coordinates back so it maps correctly in your photo library.
Enter a latitude and longitude in decimal degrees (the format Google Maps shows), drop your photos in, and download copies with the location written into their EXIF. As always, everything runs in your browser — your photos are never uploaded.

Where do I find the latitude and longitude?
Right-click a spot in Google Maps and the decimal coordinates appear at the top of the menu — copy them straight into the fields here.
Can I geotag a whole batch at once?
Yes. Every photo you add gets the same coordinates, so you can tag an entire set from one location in a single pass.
Will this overwrite an existing location?
Yes — it sets the GPS tags to the coordinates you enter. To strip a location instead, use the Remove GPS Location tool.
